A large break room and a conference room on the second floor will allow all employees to attend meetings and training sessions without leaving the campus.

The new office building for the Noblesville Street Department is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2010. Two utility buildings are currently under construction, in order that existing buildings may be razed to make room for the office. The department has been housed in a space behind one of the garages, and has been expanded as needed to a point where few of the spaces are actually functional. This is the first time the department will be in a new space designed specifically with their requirements in mind.
