Buffalo Wild Wings is an international franchise restaurant, the design includes freestanding prototypes and remodeling existing stores. Peterson Architecture works closely with the franchisee and the corporate architect to develop unique design solutions.

The project was to design a fast foot restaurant, retrofit and remodel existing stores and capture the family dining experience.

Muldoon’s is neighborhood bar located in the Arts District of Carmel, that offers the warmth and fellowship of the Irish culture.

Noodles & Company is a highly successful quick-casual restaurant brand serving Asian, Mediterranean and American inspired noodle dishes, soups, salads and sandwiches. Alongside with existing franchise partners, they operate over 330 restaurants across the country.

Founded in Atlanta in 1992, AFC Enterprises Inc. develops, operates and franchises quick-services restaurants under the trade name, Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen and Popeyes® Chicken and Biscuits. Popeyes® was founded in New Orleans in 1972 and is the world’s second largest quick-service chicken concept (based on the number of units). The Company operates and franchises over 2,000 Popeyes® restaurants worldwide.

The project was to design a themed family restaurant for a very authentic dining atmosphere.
