Steel frame structure and exterior EIFS, custom metal panels, brick, stone and aluminum storefront.
Challenges:
The major design challenge was to design a flexible floor plan for various medical disciplines and still remain interactive and user friendly.
The project was to design an outpatient women’s center medical facility and the program included doctor’s offices. The second floor was proposed for future lease space.
