Construction
Wood framed structure with exterior EIFS, brick, stone and aluminum storefront. The building was to capture the prairie school architecture of the area.
Challenges:
The major design challenge was to separate the tenants for the comfort of the patients and allow for the use of shared spaces.
The project was to design a medical office building to include a pediatrician, OB and fertility clinic.
