Challenges:
The major design challenge was to design a efficient site plan, around a complex wetlands area. The design would allow for future expansion as medical specialist became part of the project.
The project was it design an outpatient medical campus to be developed in phases. The program included eleven buildings on 18 acres to be visible from Binford Boulevard.
